Water loses ten degrees

The higher you go, the sooner water boils
  1. Warm your teaware longer: you can pour boiling water over the outside of the gaiwan too.
  2. Keep the lid on while you pour.
  3. A little more leaf: it makes up for what the water can't give.
  4. Slightly longer steeps. Green and white teas hardly notice.

Take a look inside

It's a real house: a low table, a yellow window, a samovar on the sill and shelves up to the ceiling. Walk through it from end to end: from the mountains to the cup.
