A ceremony is simply tea made with care. Gongfu cha and pin cha, booked ahead, in Spanish, English and Russian.

Chinese ceremony

Gongfu cha

1st infusion: the leaf is just opening

Beside you, someone tells you what changes in each one.

8th: it doesn't taste like the third

That's what you learn: to notice how the tea changes from one infusion to the next.
