How orders are placed

You choose the product on the site and write to us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, address and final price before any payment. The order exists once we confirm it.

Payment methods: payment is agreed on WhatsApp together with the order..

Receipt

We issue a boleta for personal purchases, or a factura on request with your RUC. If you need an invoice, tell us when ordering.

Prices

Prices are in Peruvian soles (PEN) and include any applicable taxes. The price that counts is the one we confirm on WhatsApp when closing the order.
