You have 7 days from the day you receive the order.

Condition

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened tea cannot be returned for health reasons; if something arrived damaged, send us a photo and we will sort it out.

Who pays return shipping

If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the fault was ours, we pay for it.

Faulty product or our mistake

If the product arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, we replace it at our cost and with no time limit: send us a photo. In that case we pay the return shipping.

How refunds work

Refund method: to the same payment method you used, with no fee. Time: within 7 days of us receiving the product back.
